Providea Conferencing and VBrick Announce Reseller Partnership Joint Partnership Allows Providea to Integrate VBrick's Award Winning Streaming Technology with video conferencing Solutions
Quincy, MA - September 15, 2008 - Providea Conferencing, the premier provider of integrated, High Definition (HD) video conferencing, audiovisual (AV) and networked solutions and services, and VBrick Systems, Inc., the industry leader in online streaming video, today announced a partnership in which Providea Conferencing will resell VBrick's suite of enterprise video systems as part of their world-class video conferencing solutions and service offerings.
This relationship has already proven successful as educational institutions such as Greater Lowell Technical High School in Lowell, Massachusetts and Smith College of Northampton, Massachusetts have entered into agreements to benefit from this best of breed technology. Providea Conferencing has placed VBrick products and services under their existing Massachusetts State Contract partnership.
Lowell Technical High School leveraged VBrick and Providea's combined expertise to implement a cable TV solution, which allows the school to stream, record and store live cable television distribution over their data network for playback and educational use throughout the year.

In addition to streaming six television channels into the classroom, Lowell is also using the technology for video conferencing, channel guide information and scheduling live and on-demand broadcasts.
