Account Manager - Sales
The Account Manager manages the sales cycle from lead generation to close and is a consistent performer and on plan. Revenue delivery is attained though lead identification, qualification and sales pipeline management. The Account Manager generates proposals and quotations and works closely with Manufacturer Partners to develop the territory. The Account Manager performs presentations and demonstrations in group settings as well as on the phone and demonstrates and designs Telepresence solutions for prospective customers. Account Managers build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Cisco Solutions Architect
Providea Conferencing is currently seeking a Cisco Solutions Architect to join our West & East Coast account management team. This position will work across industry sectors on the design, implementation and support of Cisco Unified Communications Management platforms as well as the core networks that they run on. The incumbent should be capable of clearly articulating the value proposition of the Cisco Unified Communications environment as it relates to voice, video and other real-time applications. The incumbent will work with the account management team — from initial customer meeting, through planning, implementation, and operation phases and will assist in ensuring smooth delivery of the solutions.

Technical Service Engineer's must possess strong Customer Service and Technical skills. Knowledge in Videoconferencing, IP/ISDN Networks, Network Design, Gateways, Gatekeepers, and Firewalls is a plus and be willing to work in a fast paced, high energy environment. The Technical Service Engineer must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills & work well in a team environment; provide a high level of customer service to all customers, manufacturers and vendors.
Control System Programmer
Control System Programmer's must possess the ability to develop code, design GUIs and commission both AMX and/or Crestron control systems. The Control System Programmer must fully understand a projects design intent and operational objectives, work efficiently and effectively with engineering schematic drawings and documentation to understand the functionality of audiovisual, videoconference, and digital media systems and components.
